• Payment:

  Payment must be made in two installments:

  • 50% after design agreement to initiate manufacturing.
  • 50% before shipping.

  This payment structure is subject to change depending on the project.

• Shipping: We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Amusepolis does not accept returns or offer refunds once the manufacturing process has begun, except under specific circumstances.
